  got my dog groomed here. was meant to pick her up at a specific time came early and found the groomer holding my dogs muzzle shut with her hand!! dog looked really pissed off and scared. He spend 2 weeks after that constantly licking his private part as the groomer had cut off some skin there (clipper burn). Had positive experiences beforehand but after this shan't be returning!

  With clear signs of ich fungal rot or just plain so stressed they're on the bottom of the tank I no longer purchase fish here as there's a huge risk of them dying before making it to my quarantine tank only to be told its my tank that's caused them to die

  As I was purchasing I had good recommendations and advice and was also informed of all the relevant specials and options for what I was purchasing. I was offered a free discount card, told that I could special order in larger quantities if necessary and all in all it was a great experience
